- Understand the needs and deliver actionable insights.
How will you be able to deliver for carrier customers in this new role?
- Analyzing network usage data helps in identifying patterns and potential issues. This can lead to better network optimization, improved service quality, and proactive management of network resources.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service quality. By analyzing these metrics, they can help the carrier set targets, track progress, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

What are you excited about to help our customers solve the most?
I am excited to help our customers improve their network availability by providing weather and power outages insights about their network, and analyzing their data and identifying patterns.
