We are thrilled to introduce a brand-new Modern View in OcularIP®.
Why A New Modern View?
This new view provides visibility without changing the underlying data, offering a clearer, more intuitive way to understand service activity while maintaining flexibility for teams.
When Will Modern View Be Available?
During the planned maintenance on Saturday, February 14, 2026, 10:00 CST to 16:00 CST. OcularIP Admin Users will have immediate access to the new interface.
OcularIP will continue to collect data normally and will be fully available when you log in next.
What happens to Classic View?
For now, Admin users can easily switch between the Modern View and the Classic View, giving you flexibility as you get familiar with the updated interface.
