LB Networks is pleased to announce the promotion of Payton Nothdurft to Senior Director of Client Services.
Since joining LB Networks in 2018, Payton has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, a commitment to customer success, and a passion for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Her ability to advocate for customers while driving operational excellence has made her a trusted leader across the organization. In her new role, Payton will lead LB Networks’ Client Services organization, overseeing Customer Success, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Support. She will focus on helping customers maximize the value of OcularIP while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience throughout every stage of the customer journey.
During her more than eight years with LB Networks, Payton helped build and scale LB Networks’ Service Delivery team and established the company’s Business Analysis team, both of which have become integral to helping customers achieve successful outcomes with OcularIP.
