I am looking most forward to interacting with our customers and solving their problems.
How will you be able to deliver for carrier customers in this new role?
I will best serve these customers by working closely with the Service Delivery Engineering team to answer questions or solve problems in a timely manner, and working with the team to get ahead of technology challenges such as firmware updates and new platforms, etc.
What technology are you most excited about?
I am most excited about OcularIP. There are so many benefits to utilizing OcularIP that our customers can take advantage of by just being a customer.
What are you excited about to help our customers solve the most?
I am looking forward to solving the problems that the customer is having the most troubles with. Once troubleshooting reaches a point where it begins to go in circles, I want to be that fresh set of eyes that can find a solution.
