What are you most looking forward to in this role?
I am equally looking forward to both learning all the new tools and technologies we are going to be using in the Business and Data Intelligence team, and helping new team members learn about our current technologies.
How will you be able to deliver for carrier customers in this new role?
I will be able to deliver by continuing to develop and support the backend of our current reporting using the knowledge I have gained over my years as a developer, while also learning and employing the new technologies our team will be working with.
What technology are you most excited about?
LB Networks has been working with AI and intelligence for a few years now, and I am greatly looking forward to learning more about machine learning and artificial intelligence.
What are you excited to help our customers solve the most?
I am most excited to employ the new technologies we learn in the future to give customers more insight into their data beyond the reporting that I worked on in my previous years.
